Is ECU that good or is the Mountaineer defense really that bad?

It seems like ECU is just picking up yards at will...its only a 21 point lead but if you didn't know better you'd think it was much worse.

As I post this WVU stops them on 3rd and 1...8+ minutes to go.

ECU may actually be that good. Beating Virginia Tech and WVU back to back is impressive. And remember, WVU panic-hired their good ole boy after his one big win with Rodriguez' team.

Man the new scholarship restrictions are really making a huge difference. Now even the beginning of the season is awesome. College football is easily the best sport on earth, and with all the extra channels I have and my dvr, and I can watch games on Sunday instead of the No Fun League.

nah I mentioned on another thread, WVU lost 8 starters off their defense. They arent very good on that side of the ball. Although I didnt expect a loss this early, I figured and 9-3 season would be very very successful.

Now after watching their defense, I think 9-3 would be a godsend.

By the way ECu is very good, both offensivley and especially defensivley

ECU is playing well right now. They beast Boise in the Hawaii bowl last year, so they have had a nice run so far. We'll see if they can keep it up.
