Somehow my email password has been changed as well as my personal question when trying to get a new password.

Any help?

My sister says she had a virus on her computer and it caused many of her passwords to change including her and her husband's email.

I've scanned my computer and have found no viruses.

Emailing Yahoo is probably your only hope of getting that back.
