At long last, MLB Opening Day is here.

The Yankees get their season started in the Bronx with a three-game interleague series versus the Milwaukee Brewers today at 3 p.m.

Even with the departure of Juan Soto and injuries to key players in Gerrit Cole, Giancarlo Stanton, Luis Gil and others who will either miss the start or the entire season, the Yankees are still the favorites to win the American League East, claim their second straight AL pennant and Aaron Judge to win his third MVP award in four seasons.

Can the Yankees make back-to-back World Series appearances for the first time since 1999-2000 where the franchise won their second and third consecutive Fall Classics and fourth in five years?

Their climb to get back to that spot starts today.
