Honestly, I’m surprised the Cardinals are 4-0 at this point. In past years, I’ve use the first quarter of games to judge where the Cards would finish at the end of the year. Last year, I was dead wrong in my guess after 4 games. Because of that slap in the face, I’m hesitant to go out on the limb too far. I think the Cards, barring a major injury to Murray, will finish the year 12-5. What do you think.

I would cut off a limb to see us go 12-5. We have great skill players, but my concerns are that we can’t stop the run & the right side our OL is bad. Because of the margins of victory that we’ve had, teams have been forced to abandon the run. When we get into tighter games, and we will, teams may just run it down our throats. Maybe that’s what it will take to get Hicks off the field. And where is Phillips??? What a bum. We really need a body like his to plug up gaps.

Long way to go yet.

We've been lucky with major injuries. Im going to say 10-7 for now until we get through Niners and Browns and see where we are.

5 of the next 6 are tough games.

Tough call. I really want to agree with you.... then I remember every team kliff has ever coached has fallen off a cliff the second half of the season.
But kliff is growing and trends change..... so I dunno

In order for our run defense to become a big issue teams have to stop our offense and I just don’t see many doing that.

Barring catastrophic injuries I can see 14-3

But more realistically somewhere around 11-6

10-7.... not quite as impressive as ten wins used to be.... maybe that extra road game gets us?

Do you think 10-7 comes with a division title? I don’t think it does... not this year

i predicted 17-0 and i am still 100% right
I usually go with the “ and 0” up until the first loss.... then maybe go with the “ and 1”.... but then we usually Cardinal up and I start thinking about the draft.

But it’s arguable that we just played our toughest game of the season..... and dominated.
Brown’s will be a big test but a well focused team should beat them

Would be a helluva ride to be on a record breaking season wouldn’t it?

I try not to be a hater but I think I would laugh at the remaining 72 dolphins as they watched the super bowl end holding their warm bottles of unopened champagne

Browns game will be interesting. Mayfield is playing like crap, but their D must be doing pretty dang good to hold the Vikings to 7. If our offense still has no trouble against them, then I would say they should do well against just about anyone.

11-6 now. :) I was thinking 9-8 previously. There's a still of lot of tough games left this season though.

I think 11-6 will be what I expect. I started out before the season saying I thought the Cardinals would win between 7 and 11 ball games. Now I think that window is closer to 9-13 ball games, and 11 is the mid point between my projections.

Enjoy this season fellas because Keim is going to have to pull some magic to make this team work next year.

It would be close. I don't think there will be any 13-4 teams in our division. It's going to take 10-12 wins.

Still a long way to go. Get through this next few games and I may well be more confident about the end result. But hard to be too bullish given our tendency to fade off.

And personally I'd much rather be 2-2 now and find our form later in the season than vice versa. No good being hot stuff now only to fizzle out when it really matter like the Steelers did last year.

The so-called 'tendency to fade' can be and will be directly related to health.

If KM remains upright we're fine on "O" and if the key components of our "D" remain available we'll be fine there. IMO.

KM has one TD on the ground after his shoulder injury last season, and our front 7 was a bit of a revolving door.

Tough call. This is probably the harshest schedule I’ve ever seen. We play 4 non-playoff teams.

It can be that sure. It can also be SOS, stamina, being figured out and not having a plan B etc but whatever the reason I'm not crowning us yet.

Yup. And that team was coming off wins @NE beating Brady and just destroying what everyone thought was a super team 3-0 Eagles.

That team was a total mirage though. They didn’t have the human cheat code at QB.
TBF. Kolb was solid for us early that season and got injured. The team completely fell off after that. He got injured during what turned out to be an OT loss to Buffalo. We may have won that game and many more if he wasn't so fragile.

I'm picking 11-6. 2nd place in NFCW. I hope that my projection is low.

That team completely unraveled against the Rams. The game where Robert Quinn had like 3 sacks against the worst LT I've ever seen in my life (D'Anthony Baptiste).
