I would agree on the whole Phoebe Cates "Fast Times" thing, however the entire moment is spoiled for me due to the fact that it is intermittently interrupted by Judge Reinhold whacking his pud!

In terms of a "nude scene" (not necessarly a "sex scene"), the only real memorable one for me is in the movie "Lifeforce" when the space-vampire chick comes walking up on the soldiers near the beginning of the movie. I haven't seen that movie for over 20 years, but it was smoking hot!
