Makes sense because the program was complete crap when he got there. The Browns are never going to win unless they give a group of guys time to right the ship so to speak... musical chairs across the board is not the solution, they need stability because a moving foundation is not a foundation

The dude is 1-31 in 2 seasons. Perhaps they think he'll turn them around the way John McKay turned the Bucs around after their horrendous start. McKay went from 2-26 to 9 points from the Super Bowl by their 4th season.
