Yes! All this talk out of Minnesota that #11 and #23 should be more than enough to move up was laughable. Spielman gets it. It will take three 1sts and some day 2 picks to move up.

I think it depends on who is moving down. Pats will require a haul. AZ should require a haul. LAC might not. Atlanta might not.

Sanders, a third-round pick of the Cardinals in 2022, appeared in seven games with the Texans last season. He totaled seven tackles and two quarterback hits.

In his career, Sanders has 30 tackles and three sacks.

I remember the debate between Sanders and Thomas and who'd be better. Sadly both suck, but Thomas sucks just a little less.
