He does have quick feet, but zero power. He never get's any push in the run game and in the pass game his quick feet will allow him to get set, but he's pushed back at the point of attack very often. If he's getting pushed back by ACC rushers, NFL bull rushers are going to eat his lunch.

One would have to assume that he'll get much stronger in a NFL weight program. Feet and athleticism are what matter most entering the NFL. There aren't too many finished products that enter the draft.

I think Kouandjio has just as much athleticism and good feet but has much more power and a punch.

Cbus, have you actually watched Kuandjio play? He has no feet at all, speed rushers abuse him. And no, I'm not just referring to their bowl game.

Greg Robinson on the other hand is a BEAST!

One would also have to assume that the defenders running him over in college will also get stronger in an NFl weight room and will therefor continue to run him over in the nfl

Not necessarily because he has a much bigger base and size to work with than most DE's. There aren't many 6'6 320+ pound pass rushers.

Anyone that has actually spent time in a weight room would laugh at the theory that bigger guys have a greater likelihood of making a greater percentage gain in strength. Without knowing how much time he has already spent in the weight room and what his natural weight is as well as what his muscle make up is, there is no way of knowing what his ceiling is.

One thing that scares about that ceiling is that when he came to Fl state he was the same height but 40 lbs lighter than he is now. That says to me he's up near his size/strength ceiling now

I know one thing...Auburn feels just like the Cards did when they lost the Super Bowl. They (both) dominated FSU & lost on a crazy return & a last minute drive! Feel sorry for those kids.

I'm pretty sure I read that he came to FSU as a DE but was changed to OT.

I'm not talking %'s. A 150lb guy's ceiling may be a higher % than a 340 lb guy, but the 340 lb guy's ceiling is going to be higher, thus stronger. Example being the 150 lb guy may bench 350, or more than double his weight but the 340 lb guy can bench 500. A smaller % but still stronger overall.

That's just one facet anyway. Alot of pass rushing/blocking is technique and leverage. If Erving doesn't have any knee bend, he's going to get blown away no matter how strong, or not strong, he is.

Don't know if I would put too much weight into this game. Auburn was confusing the entire line in the 1st half with their substitutions. It's hard to excel at any line position when the guy next to you is freelancing. Once one guy does it, everyone starts doing it, and the whole thing falls apart. It will definitely make your aggression disappear.

They started moving people around when they went to the quicker pace in the 2nd half.

I wasn't referring to one game, he's looks that way on any tape you watch
