Yes. I am also wondering about residency requirements. I wouldn't want to.be there year round during the nastiest weather. That would mess up my snowbird goals.

The winter rains in Oregon get old after about a week. If it's not raining, or sprinkling, then it's a constant mist. Definitely don't get that in AZ.
