Like what we got. We like to play 12 personnel, and now we can ensure we can do it all year long (barring unfortunate string of injuries).

He's a guy that seems to not tip off if we run or pass, and is young which should hit his stride as maxx and ertz fade. Helps keep our offense flexible and versatile. Kyler can check into run or pass as well at line.

I felt we needed another weapon, as with Hollywood we were just replacing Kirk, and we didn't have enough last year. Now we have that extra receiving weapon. Thought it would be WR, but it makes sense.

Still don't know how we're going to rush the passer, interior block, or stop the run, but it helps solidify our bread and butter.

The pick still confuses me, but I do love the player and this offense is better for sure. If they can fix Will Hernandez and Humphries comes back strong, we might see some crazy numbers!

We'll just have to put score everyone with no proven Edge or Run Stuffer!
Banky the direction is to get better offensively, something we should have done in the previous two years too, certainly im upset ee couldn't get a lineman but i hope we select one in round 3
The Arizona state center?
With Vance Joseph complicated scheme to learn no more day one/two picks for him

Love the player but so many needs elsewhere. And if we are playing four WR’s, he won’t see the field.

Sounds like a consensus best tight end in the draft no questions asked… And one hell of a player… Forget need sounds like a good pick to me
I really liked McBride when I watched tape.

But the needs were elsewhere.

But I think 5 years from now McBride is still on the team, and is a good player. Conundrum.

I'm not gonna knock this pick cause he might end up being a really good player, however, we have more immediate needs, edge rusher, DT, OL. With Drake Jackson, Bonnito & Travis Jones still available the McBride pick is so Keim lol. On a positive note by loading up at the TE position, we may play a little more 12 personnel which I love. Plus Maxx won't be ready to start the season. Pick #87 needs to be an edge rusher or DT.

And the negative nonsense is what we hear each year too
Not being negative. I don’t mind the pick. I really wasn’t counting on Williams at all this year. I love we added to the offense.

That being said it’s like a rehearsed statement. Just tell me what you like about the player and get off script. I posted this in a thread a long time ago that we would hear two things.
1. He was the highest player on our board.
2. We couldn’t believe he was still there.
Bingo.
