I think Im getting close to accepting that Brock Purdy is just really really good. Numbers didn't do him justice.
And the 49ers still bulldozed them. Tough to watch.

Did you all see the flack the niners are getting for not appropriately categorizing McCafery's injury? The clip I heard was Mason said he knew about starting on Friday but the niners didn't say anything specific that would rule him out.

During an interview after having a career night for the 49ers, running back Jordan Mason may have revealed his team broke an NFL rule regarding Christian McCaffrey being inactive.
I know some would say that with McCafery, the score would be bigger. However, when you think about how much gameplanning goes into a game, I can see where the Jets spend all this time on how to handle McCafery plays and then all of sudden, they have Mason and Deebo Samuel in the backfield a lot. Basically, it made the Jet's scramble and they couldn't make the game competitive.
I for one do not like either team but sure would like to see the 9'ers penalized.
