Totally agree on choir boy comment.

My comment is based on effort and results (lack thereof).

This guy is a JAG

might be worthwhile to look at the commies system versus the niners system... barring injuries he put up good numbers at Washington..didnt pick up the niners system..and doesnt appear to be fitting in to the system at NO
he might be effective in our cover 7 defense

PRACTICE SQUAD MOVES
The Cardinals, with two open practice squad spots, signed a pair of players on Wednesday: linebacker Milo Eifler and defensive lineman Anthony Goodlow. Eifler has spent time with the Jets, Dolphins, Commanders and Falcons. Goodlow, a rookie, was with the Rams.

I really hope these aren't the only moves he is making.

Robbie Anderson?
Chosen was for a 6th and 7th...wasn't a good trade, but I really don't care what happens with 6th and 7th round picks. I was trying to think of other trades he made that were bad, and none came to mind immediately. Chan was obviously a great trade. Carson too.

Rodney Hudson
16 games played over 3 seasons. We gave him a 3 year $30 million too after giving up a 3rd.

Actually thought about that when I was going through my Raiders trade recall...seemed like a good move at the time, but Hudson was ass the entire time he was here.

Keim broke up the No Fly Zone DBs, then made us choose between Calais and Chandler. That was the beginning of the end and we never recovered.
I was speaking specifically to trades...if we were to discuss everything he did that was wrong, that would be a much longer conversation. Trades were one of the few areas where Keim was ok.

I know you were and I specifically went on a tangent because I didn't care for the premise :biglaugh:

To be fair, yes the Palmer, chandler, and DHop trades were awesome. His others stunk IMO. Remember he traded up for Rosen then traded Rosen a year later just to pick Isabella over DK freaking Metcalf. Ugh.

I think he wants to be smart about it, unlike his predecessor.
The only thing he needs to be smart about is the draft pick he is giving up in relation to the player he is getting. Basically, if he isn't giving up a pick higher than the 4th round, there is no reason not to make a move. Our roster has a lot on players Monti has drafted over the past two years...it's not needing more late round picks.

i dont even mind giving up a 3rd or 2nd if: you can get a young player at a premium position who is under contract control for through 2025

i get those dont come up all that often -- especially at this point in the season

but this team has ample cap space and flexibility

Carson was his best trade for sure imo.
For the value, absolutely.

But that dhop trade was pretty effin amazing. Ish was out of sight really.

Keon did some dumb ish, but I feel we were more competitive at the same point in tenure (compared to MO).

The problems in this organization have little-to-nothing to do with hired help; we all know who the problem is.

MO is doing his job well…..
