Not sure we need to play Allen when Beal is healthy because he's not better than Dunn or O'Neale. Only spot minutes to see if he's hot.

Could start by telling me what he does well? Not trying to be negative the draft was pure gold for Suns overall but Oso brings nothing to this team
Check out some highlights of preseason to see what Oso can do. Also you have to remember big men often take longer to adjust to the league. Can't write him off after one week of his career.

That's fair too but I think we would also all agree had Beal been healthy we definitely would have notched more wins. I mean this season when he has been there the team looks different. So much so, Grayson might be expendable by the trade deadline. Speaking of Grayson, it just seems like he is having a hard time fitting in this new system so far.
Agree with all of this -- especially about this year, having Tyus Jones is a major difference. Book's 40 last night looked easy, and a big reason for that is because he didn't have to be Point Book.

Yep. He is playing the most physically demanding position in the league. Things he does well or is good at is touch around the basket, passing and he is a good athlete. I think once things slow down for him and he gets a bit stronger he will be at least a good rotational player for us.

Some stats:

KD
Book
O’Neal
Beal
Dunn
(all shooting over 42% from 3)

-Tyus Jones is 35% from 3 but 57% from 2 and has 35 assists to 4 turnovers

- Royce has the highest TS% at .712

- Morris has the third highest PER 18

Suns are 7th in ORTG and 10th in DRTG, 8th in net rating and 4th in SRS

Tyus Jones adds so much stability to this team. He is like Steve Nash in a plain wrapper. Not as flashy but so effective, his shooting is solid.
What I want to know is if there is any way we can keep him for next season.

Yeah it was cool although it did look like Dunn took off for the dunk a little early and the rim almost blocked him. :D
Which made it more impressive to me. He took off early and yet still made it.

I’m sure it up to him. The only thing that might sway him will be a deep title run for which he gets credit. Even then it is unlikely…
I meant is there anything we can do creatively to get him a more commensurate salary than just the vet minimum?

I just watched this on DVR after a night out with family. We won but that was an ugly game. I thought we would be stuck on 97 forever. Also, nice to see Grayson involved.
