1000% not a fact…. Sadly just your very biased opinion!!
Great teams have great players (plural). Like JG has said, this team was 8-9 good & that’s it. They were significantly better this year than last year & next year they will be significantly better than this year. The OL needs more development & the DL needs more talent period. The WR & RB rooms both lacked homerun speed & Murray cannot be the only offensive player with the potential to have 60 yard gains. MHJ will develop & be more of a deep threat, but they need more! And Benson needs to break some long ones too, because Conner certainly cannot. Bottom line, in today’s NFL, a QB is only as great as the team around him.

said this elsewhere but there's also an element of luck involved. The Vikings were 8-1 in games decided by less than a TD, I think we were 3-5. Now some will blame Kyler for that and he certainly has a part in it but the Vikings didn't go 8-1 because Sam Darnold is amazing, there's an element of luck involved.

if Mahomes was the QB, or vintage Brady I'd say yeah that's them for the 8-1 stat, but not for Darnold.

I will never let go, the fact that the defensive encroachment that was called a false start, changed the outcome of the Arizona-Minnesota game

Put on that one you do have to give Darnold credit for driving down the field for a touchdown

Cardinals and Michael are positioned to host another Super Bowl with the way they responded to the NFL, the Rams and Vikings over the last week. :cards::newcards:
I already believed we are in the regular rotation with Miami, New Orleans and LA. Now, there is no doubt we can expect one or two Super Bowls per decade.

Agree 100%. In defense of Rallis, you can only fool an offense for so long. When you lack legitimate playmakers on your front 7, smoke and mirrors will catch up to you, especially against a team like MN, who have talent on their offense & also have a pretty good offensive minded HC. I fully expect Monti to spend draft capital & FA money to start working the defensive side of the ball.
