he's a bum - another horrible inexcusable interception when the game was on the line - the whole team was giving him the cold shoulder after the murray of game penalty - Dhop was 100% right - kyler murray sucks and turns into a pouty a hole when it doesn't go his way - doesn't get the ball to mhj until it's too late - can't handle the pressure - the game is too much for kyler murray

I may be wrong but before the bye I think we won every coin toss but 1, which means when the defense starts the game we do much better. After the bye I think we lost every coin toss including the overtime coin toss today. Not that it matters now but seems a little ironic that when K1 leads us out it doesn't end well.

And just throwing this out there, I know this belongs in the "Murray" tread but after almost 90 pages of posts you guys haven't figured out that 602 Native is Murray's publicist???? LOL

What would be his motivation? he already is paid and isn’t trying to impress this coaching staff.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up with a “nagging injury he secretly carried all season” and sits out one of these next games. He’s my fantasy QB and I am in the Championship game so I don’t want that for selfish reasons though and hope you are right LOL

And if it’s coin toss that we need to win a game, we aren’t close and it’s sad that’s what gives us a chance. A lot of us supported K1 because we want a winner. Dude is just a guy, but will never be THE GUY. It’s that simple. He could probably do well in Green Bay or Minnesota but not here. JG preaches not being soft and well Marvin and K1 are soft. Can’t have your 28 year old RB carry the team if you want to be a competitor in the league. I’ve been a K1 defender for years and I can’t get off it fast enough now. (Petzing is trash too)

1-4 Since the BYE, the team has looked unprepared, lacked motivation, sloppy, and undisciplined. Much of this is directly on the coaching staff. There is a glaring lack of talent on both sides of the ball: the GM and owner. KM is not a franchise quarterback; he would be a significant number 2 quarterback on a playoff-caliber team. He has a low football IQ, can't pass vertically, and panics a lot in the pocket. The Panthers had three wins for a reason: they are not a good football team, but their players were motivated to win, had nothing to lose, and outplayed us; they are still an NFL team. I think our seven wins are somewhat of a mirage. We overachieved, and now we are coming back down to reality; this isn't a good football team in terms of talent or coaching. At this point, losing out on draft positioning is better, but Monti's drafts have seemed somewhat pedestrian. I forgot Darius Robinson was even on this team; that's fine for a 4th or 5th rounder, but he was high draft capital.

Well, it's time to focus on the draft; I think we may need to pull the strings on a QB in the first couple of rounds to replace Kyler; he is not the guy. We desperately need D-line and pass rush, O-line, CB, WR.

I’m just SO deflated over this whole performance. With the exception of Connor and Rylands clutch FG, the whole team was pitiful. This was our playoff game against a vastly inferior opponent and the Cardinals rolled over and pissed themselves.
What’s most depressing is that it doesn’t matter what happens in the last 2 games because we know that they crumbled under pressure when it counted. AND that we are probably looking at 2 more years with KM at the helm.
See you guys next year!

and in that context the season was not a total loss. This team isn't a Superbowl contender. At best we are a fringe Wildcard team that would get smoked by Green Bay in the first round. To me one of the biggest questions going into this season is whether Kyler could step up and be consistent given weapons and different coaching and the answer is a resounding NO. No excuses. The QB has to be able to lift up the team and make them better. I think you have to start fielding trade offers for Kyler in the offseason and if none emerges cut him and take the hit. I looked at Overthecap and theoretically we have the room next year to do it.

IMO that is Kyler vast majority of time. 2-4 games a year he can carry a team. The rest he is average or horrific and makes the team tread water only to sink when it counts

11 penalties
The most points ever by a Bryce Young offense
Another Kyler panic pick
More key drops by MHJ
Running the ball on 2nd and long when we need points
Conner getting run into the ground

What are we doing here? Aside from Conner and McBride, what do we have to build on?

I can't wait for Monti to re-sign Kyzir White so he can extend his streak of signing guys who are overvalued because of their big hearts.
