Important to note that the Arizona Cardinals welcomed A TON of young players within the last two seasons.Meaning the rookies did not like what they saw from the team’s facility and they let it be known via the @NFLPA.

lets assume addressing the non-building stuff costs $3mm per year extra (and i feel that is plenty)

that is ~ 1% of the salary cap.

Does Mike not understand that he probably will have to spend that $3mm or more in incremental value to get free agents to sign with the Cards vs some other higher ranked team?
