Assuming Joseph Gets an HC Job

After last season he had interviews with the Jaguars, the Bears, and the Saints. Also, he is considered one of the biggest candidates by every analyst out there.

Assuming Joseph Gets an HC Job

I could see them moving on from Kingsbury, bringing Byron Leftwich in as head coach, and he bringing Bowles with him as DC. Yes, my middle name is Nostradamus.

Week 7 2022: Heroes and Goats

Don't forget about Cody Ford. He was really good in both the run game and pass game, and I certainly hope that he has taken over from Max Garcia for good. Humphries was really bad last year, but he has bounced back in an impressive way, and he and Ford provides a strong left side of the o-line.

Brian Burns for next year first round pick. Anyone?

In the 2020 draft, Keim were planning on taking the defender, that the Panthers did not take one spot ahead of them – Isaiah Simmons or Derrick Brown. Maybe he is still interested in Brown. And yes, of course I would trade a first for Burns any day of the week.

Week 4 2022: Heroes and Goats

K9, I really appreciate your columns. Especially since I didn't get to watch the game. Very happy to see that Dennis Gardeck played well. I think he could be a key to a succesful season.

Thank you for the support, CL! I highly appreciate it. I have decided to not buy Gamepass this year. There are different reasons – mainly family responsibility, but also financial. However, I have seen that the Cards’ next game are actually being broadcasted on Danish television, so it is...

Thank you for the suggestion, Brak. I had not truly considered it, both because of the ethical matter, but also because I must watch the games the day after, and most sites have removed the option to watch games non-live. It is the issue of living in Europe, in regard to the NFL. I can watch the...

Thank you, Jeff. Truly. I think I can speak for everyone of this board, who make somewhat similar columns, that the only reason we do it is you and other who read it or comment. If no one did that, why would we use time and energy on it? It would be a waste of time. No, we do it because it...

:D Garth, you caught me. It was because it was late, the girlfriend called, I was hungry, yada yada yada. No, sorry about that one. :D

I am sorry, RW, but I cannot find the article. It was on azcentral.com. The gist was things like “everyone can see we have issues,” “we don’t have any depth, “I hope Mahomes doesn’t know about it.” I remember that Bruce Arians often used to say that, even if the roster was depleted by injuries...

Shane, is that rating made by Pro Football Focus or someone else? Because if it is PFF its value is zero. The reason is not so much that they can’t ever judge it, but that you never know when they are right. There gradings is sometimes so wrong that it is laughable - you can see with your own...

1 – Best part of the evening was the memory of Pat Tillman. 2 – Embarrassing defense right out of the gate. 3 – I wonder if there are some interesting clauses in Keim’s and Kingsbury’s contracts. From the start it was mindblowing that they got them, so maybe it is easy for Mr. Bidwill to get...

Cardinals sign left tackle D.J. Humphries to a three-year extension!

Yes, I think he was the worst. He was routinely beaten several times during each game, and he should be deeply thankful that Murray has the ability that he has. Murray made Humphries look a lot less bad in the stat sheet. He was Levi Brown-bad. However, it is not more than one season since he...

Cardinals sign left tackle D.J. Humphries to a three-year extension!

It is a good point that he always line up opposite the other teams' best edge rusher, but on the other hand, it doesn't really matter who brings down the quarterback. If it is their best or worst edge rusher. I don't think it take any pressure away from Humphries as the expectations are based on...

Cardinals sign left tackle D.J. Humphries to a three-year extension!

Another stunner of an offseason move. First no action in free agency despite obvious needs for it. Then way too long extensions for Keim and Kingsbury. Then making a fool of yourself with the contract structure for Murray. And now this. Humphries was easily their worst offensive lineman last...

Who are you refering to, Juza? Victor Bolden? If so, I think you could be right. I would be surprised if he has a role on the offense, but yes, as a specialist it could be.

Cornerback and edge rusher, MCD? At least those are the two spots I would strengthen. Probably even with two additions on both positions.

No, Oaken, then I have written it wrong. I meant that it was it for the duo of Collins and Simmons, but not necessarily for any of them individually. I just think that they will bring in someone else if that duo doesn’t deliver enough, partly because they need them to be good. They need them to...

I could not limit myself to only ten thoughts, so this will be an extended version of the normal column. Happy training camp, everyone! ----------------- 1 – Kyler Murray’s progress. Du’h, that’s what everyone is looking for, but I mean, that is also why it is listed here. 2 – Who will step...

Cardinals claim Jessie Lemonier off waivers from Lions

That's not correct, Oaken. He makes a lot of pressures on the quarterback, but unfortunately that doesn't show up on the stat sheet. He is overall a much better pass rusher than given credit for, and I would personally feel great if they added him.

10 thoughts - Cards' day three draft

Do you think it is enough in the NFL, Oaken? I don’t know. I think he got big problems producing pressures when the opponent started to focus on him, after he had that fantastic start to his edge rush-life. I think that only being a tireless energy bomb rarely works in the long run, and that you...

10 thoughts - Cards' day three draft

I think you are putting words in my mouth, BritCard. At least I meant that it definitely gives the Cards a better chance to win, just as it has done with the Giants, and what you are doing is to imply that I had no doubt in my life that Bradberry alone will secure a number of more victories. It...

10 thoughts - Cards' day three draft

I want nothing more than to see Gardeck be a factor on defense. I have been praising him from he came in as an undrafted free agent, and started playing great on special teams. It would be fun to see him contribute on defense as well. However, I see him mostly as a high-energy guy that...

10 thoughts - Cards' day three draft

Because he is better? Bradberry would be a significant upgrade. And I do not know who the fans you are talking about is. Most fans on this board prefer to win than to develop players. And, by the way, Bradberry is 28. It is not like he is on his way to the NFL-graveyard, and thus, nobody say...
