Another heuristic for this is "what would the other team least like us to do?" I think that if I were the opponent I'd be much happier watching them go for the tie than try to beat us on one play.
I'm always interested in @TruColor 's take on uniform aesthetics, but I think those kits are killer. The logo on the helmet looks dumb, tho. Ravens' side-on logo is one of the best out there.
Yeah. One thing you can say for sure about Gannon is his team is not going to give games away and they're going to sit and let these opponents lose games. It's hard to do with teams like the Bills and Lions but you know the Jets love to give games away.
The most important ability is availability. He's played 43 games in 3.5 seasons, including 28 starts and two trips to IR.
Missed one game his rookie season with a back injury
Missed three games his second year with a hip and then a back
Missed three more last year with a knee and then...
When you don't have any other good players to pay it actually isn't that big a deal. That's the situation we're in right now. That money is just gonna roll over again.
People aren't going to love this heuristic, but McBride is TE6 and 41st overall in Fantasy (per PFR). Four of the five TEs above him also play in the NFC. George Kittle has only played in seven games and he's still TE1.
Yeah. The Lions are just in a different place than we are. If they get two years from Smith they're gonna be happy. I dunno about "some big potential" really, but I get where you're going.
Yeah. This dude is a replacement for/successor to Gardeck. We hopefully won't be eligible for any comp picks next year, but this guy can absolutely be had on a Collins-style extension right now and provide good competition for Beej next year and a solid complement to the prospect we draft in the...
The irrational Kyler boosters aren’t going to like this, but this is sub-Cousins performance. Kirk failed to surpass 4000 yards in a season where he started at least 15 games one time in the past nine seasons.
