    TE George Kittle had the best season ever for the position, but he wasn't picked as a 1st team all pro. I believe it was Travis Kelce that was, and what is the difference? Overall team success is a big factor (49ers vs Chiefs), unless the player is a generational type like Donald.

It's easy to say trade down, but you have to have trade partners willing to give up the picks/compensation that you'd want...
