I thought kliff was going to be fired until these last two weeks.
Someone must have gotten to him because his schematics these last two weeks have been night and day better than the first 12.
He actually looked like a professional offensive minded head coach.
New offense, new qb I would think he would want to practice but as you said, the production is there and it's probably not a battle that should be fought when the best wr in the league is in his prime.
Kliff had 3 winning seasons out of 8 at Tech. He had Patrick Mahomes and did nothing.
Kliff hasn't dont jack in the NFL and until he does, he is not a good coach. Its disrespectful to coaches who actually had to grind it out in the league like Arians.
eh, Kyler reads defenses fine for the most part.
Thats becoming overplayed at this point. You dont get 3600 yards passing and 26 tds in 14 games in an NFL season "playing with instincts"
Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have built their HOF careers off of making incredible pre snap reads and know...
I noticed far better play calling
Its easier for a qb to make reads and throw the ball where it needs to go when the defense isnt keyed in on your tendencies all the time.
All of this comes down to coaching.
An NFL Head Coach is the most important position in football.
This team should have never been in this position to begin with. But when you have a young coach, you gotta expect these sorts of grinds, hopefully they pull through.
Our offense was in a funk and that was a great call in the situation.
Not something the eagles were expecting there.
Good on Kliff for exercising some game theory in that moment.
None of this is true
Cams issue was that he could never control the velocity of his throws and he got injured.
Outside of the obvious there is literally no comparison the two and their deficiencies are very different
