    Summer trades?

Yeah, I'm not a fan of Russell. He would suck the life out of this team by taking away from Book. We need someone to infuse life. While Dinwiddie isn't a savior, he's at least a true PG. I actually agree with elindholm. BK might be the "answer" if the new HC can inspire his best. BK really...

    Summer trades?

We talked about Spencer Dinwiddie mid season, and I wish we'd had figured out a way to steal him from Brooklyn. He would be a pretty good fit next to Book. I wonder what the cost would be to get him now. Maybe Warren for Dinwiddie and futures. I'd make a strong push to get him. He's...

    Now its about #16, 31, and 59

D'Anthony Melton is an interesting prospect. A potential PG at 6-4 with a 6-8 reach. CRAZY good defender and has a natural instinct for the game. His timing on blocks and steals are exceptional. He also has good vision as his 2:1 A/TO ratio indicates. 3 pt shooting percentage is horrible...

    Pick Watch 2018

I think they'll flip the coin right before we get the 6th pick in the draft. Spoiler alert: we won't win the flip.

    Summer trades?

I agree. However, they might be lured into taking our next 3 available #1's plus players without taking Josh or Book. IF we actually land the #1 pick in a DEEP draft, that would be a heck of a bargaining chip.

    Summer trades?

I don't trust the value of Spurs players. I firmly believe if you put Parker or Ginobili in their prime on any other team they are average players (actually they might be worse). Leonard looks good, but he's also playing for the GOAT HC. Add in his injuries and I'm beyond skeptical. I'd give...

    Suns trade for Elfrid Payton

I was all for taking a shot at Payton. He was cheap and why not? After our trial run, I'd say no thanks. First of all, he seems to care as much about playing as he does cutting his hair. Both are unacceptable. Second, and I don't have the stats on this, I would suspect that the team...

    Davon Reed

Since most of the games are unwatchable these days, I've decided to exclusively watch Davon and Josh to see how they are progressing. Josh looks pretty much like I expected. Davon might not have a ton of stat stuffing nights in his last 11 games, but it's evident that he has natural court...

I agree for the large part. I just hate taking anything away from that Suns team that deserved a championship. Back to young, it would be awfully tough to pass on another Devin Booker even though you already have one. I actually like Young. It's just a hard sell to me that you can win a...

With the 4th pick of the 2018 NBA Draft, the Phoenix Suns select...

Quite frankly, I have no idea what Stern was thinking. I think he got a massive head after his incredible run in the 80's and 90's. Power got to him for sure. Ask Dan Patrick. However I do know this. There is no doubt that Game 6 of Sacramento/Lakers was bogus. No doubt Dallas got royally...

Joe Johnson didn't cost the Suns a title. David Stern did. 100%. However, once Donaghy was outted, the league had to sing a different tune and call games fairly. Shortly thereafter in 2011, Dallas won effectively ending Stern's deliberate attempt at stopping full court teams from winning...

With the 4th pick of the 2018 NBA Draft, the Phoenix Suns select...

True, Curry is not a good defender. However, he's also surrounded by good to great defensive players: KD, Green, Klay, Iggy... They hide Steph's shortcomings on defense. I wholeheartedly disagree that people shouldn't get caught up in if a prospect is a good defensive player. Literally 50%...

    Your solution for tanking

And this is exactly what will happen. The way things are going, ESPN will be bankrupt before the deal is done in 2024(?). (TNT appears to be fine, but can't be happy with the lackluster ratings or the plethora of stars sitting out games.) It will be interesting to watch what happens to the...

    North Korea rewrites basketball rules

I believe limbs are treated like referees in that they are part of the court.

They also added: - An hour prior to game time, one land mine will be placed somewhere on the court. A mandatory one minute time out session shall immediately follow detonation. Play then resumes.

    Your solution for tanking

I think this is a great and much needed topic. I mean, we don't have much else to talk about anyway. Other than losing. Thanks for the idea. First of all, I think we can mostly all agree that the league is broken. It's a top heavy league with kids being asked to save struggling franchises...

    Josh Jackson

The 2007 Duncan had a heck of a supporting cast though in Parker, Ginobli, Stern, and Bowen. It's nearly impossible to beat that team.

    Josh Jackson

Compared to: Jayson Tatum in February: 11.9 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 0.7 bpg, 1.0 spg, 42.4 FG% and he still can't play D.

    Suns trade for Elfrid Payton

This is very true. It makes it even more likely to effect us because Orlando would presumably take a step back as we take a step forward. Right now we're tied with wins.

    Suns trade for Elfrid Payton

Oh I am. I actually love the trade and think he's a great addition to the team. In December (?) I suggested we target him as a FA. I thought he'd be a good compliment to Book and come cheap on the signing. Hopefully, he can fall in love with this team and resign at a reasonable price.

    Suns trade for Elfrid Payton

It does effect his game. There's actually no way it doesn't. Two things to think about: 1. His hair extends into his peripheral vision. No matter what he has an unnecessary blind spot. When he's at rest he only loses a small portion off the top of his circle of vision. However, when...

    Free Agency 2018

I don't recommend spending too much time watching Payton. It's just not going to be a lot of fun. But that's the PG position these days. There's a lot of negatives on Payton's leadership and presence on a floor. However, he's 23. Maybe he just needs a change of scenery. He might be that...

    Markelle Fultz

Whoever is in charge of Fultz in Philly should be fired on the spot. What in the world are they doing? First of all, I wasn't a fan of him from a prospect stand point. He doesn't win, he doesn't seem to care, and he's doesn't try on D. Second, in spite of how I feel about him he's a great...

    Free Agency 2018

Two questions: 1. Who will be willing to sign here? 2. Who's worth shelling out a ton of cash for that will make us better? Obviously we'd all pay Lebron and Durant $35M to come play for us. But they aren't coming. I doubt Chris Paul wants to end his career with a bunch of young'ns as...
