    I would just like to remind everybody that before the season started I said a couple of times that Tee Higgins was going to be the second best player with the last name of Higgins in the NFL this year. So far, so good! :lol:

    I agree. Whichever team hits the other QB more and gets some turnovers will win the game. If you look at it that way, you say the edge is to the Lions. However, if we can run the ball the way we have in the first two games, that evens some of that out.

    I don't think anyone is ready to say we are better than Detroit. BUT, based on the first two games this season? We have the number 2 offense and Detroit is #16. It's a new season, every season is different. That said, I do doubt our defense will do enough to win this game.

    I have said 9 or 10 wins and I am not changing because I thought we would be 1-1. The defense isn't going to be good enough to do things like win the division. But, I expect to be playing for a playoff spot in week 17. Again, with this home schedule, a QB in his prime, that's a minimal...

    Two Rams fans sat directly behind us today. They were cheering and hollering on the opening kickoff and the first play which was a 9 yard run. Not a single peep after that. Not one. They left at halftime. Beautiful. I have been waiting a long time to see their fans shut up in our house.

    A lot of good in that first half. I will just pitch in that, from where I sat, I thought both Nichols and Jones showed well in the first half.
