    Ya, interesting the way that worked out. They imposed the ban at the beginning of the year before all the injuries gutted the lines and they headed down hill. So turns out to be a smart move, since they wouldn't have gone to a bowl anyway.

    Other than being on probation, am I reading this right that, due to the self imposed bowl ban last year, the punishment is basically done, no impact on current team?

    What do you think of Leavitt? It seems like Leavitt and Rashada were pretty much on the same level coming out of high school. I don't know if Leavitt can throw the same deep ball like Rashada, but he should turn out to be pretty solid. He looks a lot more durable and less frail than Rashada.

    Potentially, but I guess we'll find out. Definitely lacks the recruiting track record of Samples, but is charismatic with good name recognition which should help.
