    I see a slight silver and a hint of orange because they are changing the yellow beak which is actually more in accord with a Cardinal since they are born with a yellow beak and the pigment to adult age turns to a red light color which to the lay person is orange :)

    Well, you have to start somewhere. An elite pass rusher is difficult to find. Rumor has it that a lot of pass rushers have been known to play on the defensive line... so your response is sort of like why take time to even type that, but ASFN takes 'for the sake of argument' to lofty heights lol

    Nope, a premier pass rusher is far more valuable and a lot harder to find since the rules make a CB an afterthought even when he is playing well it seems... you want to stop an offense, get to the QB :raccoon:

    Except for a few teams in the AFC, the NFL has become a mediocre dumpster fire, so the Cardinals could still be below average and pull off a surprising amount of wins... yeah, when the NFC East becomes a force in one season it says it all :)

    It's a good signing in relation to the contract... look guys, none of this matters if the Cards do not secure a premier pass rusher in this draft, be it they get that guy with the highest probability of Will Anderson or get lucky after a trade

    This defense would be transformed overnight with Simmons and at least we could finally have a decent if not good DL with a draft addition of say Anderson... finally also being able to judge our ten thousand LBs and secondary accurately because they do not have to compensate for suck play upfront...
