    I love Sabonis, but there is zero chance I;d trade Ayton for him. Now if the Suns were to lose Ayton, Sabonis would be near the top of my "replacement" list, but Ayton is a much better player due to his defense. This team is as good as they are because of the defense, and DA is a huge part of that.

    Oh I agree. We need an actual NBA player, but I don't think a random point guard would be worse than Payton. Suns obviously need a real improvement there, but ir's gonna be another couple of weeks before the buyout market opens up, so my suggestion is a temporary thing.

    As far as Payton goes... I miss Isaiah Cannon and Shaq Harrison right about now. That's how bad Payton is. Can a G-League guy on a two-way contract really be any worse? I don't think so.
