    Both get 3 first round picks. I consider them both very close. The difference between having 11 and 23 this year is probably what I would prefer.

    Mind if we change this from a radio button to allow multiple selections? If so, I would say Minnesota Trade (#11 + #23 + future first round pick (2600)) Bears Trade (#9 + 2 future firsts (2530)) are both hauls.

    Yes and no. It isn't 'simple truth.' There were other picks involved, as well as other factors outside of our control.

    I was a big fan of the trade last year, and I'm still a fan. Even then, I could admit that because the pick fell so far, it didn't work out for us as we hoped. For example, we take that 27 pick and trade it in a package for Turner, Latu etc.

    Or a best case scenario. You could still trade back up to the 8-9 range and still get Odunze, while the price to move back up is much lower.

    It is great advice. I'm not sure why it is being portrayed as a bad thing. Millions of dollars are at stake.
