    I'm good with Nurse or Vogel of that list with Nurse being my favorite. Doc feels like a lateral move from Monty and the other two would be gambles as first time coaches with a win now roster. It's been done before (Nurse leading the Raptors to a title in year one) but still risky.

    Good decision. There are better coaches available out there than Monty who was never going to never deliver a championship With his stand there no adjustment coaching style where he played favorites with garbage players like Shamet and dismissed players with potential like Ayton.

    I criticized Monti on Thursday a bit for the trade back up but I was wrong. He did exactly what he needed to do in this draft. Obtain talent at premium positions and accumulate draft capital and he did both very well. The tampering thing probably got me in a bad mood on Thursday but great work...

    Could have been better but that haul is solid. Getting that early second and the Texans first rounder next year was key. I expect a couple more trades to add even more assets.
