Who do you hope and think the Cards will draft?

Personally I would be happy with Okudah, Simmons, Brown, Lamb or Ruggs III. I believe we will draft one of those 5. I hope we stay away from all the RT prospects, because in my opinion only a LT is worthy of a top 10 pick, and according to most all of the top tackle prospects are RT's.

For the Less Informed: Draft Needs, Part 2

WR: DeAndre Hopkins This still blows my mind....

    CeeDee

The biggest difference between Lamb/Juedy and all the rest of the WR's in a very deep class is that only those two at this point are "projected" as WR1's. I too see more glaring needs on this team, however the idea of adding a #1 WR to replace Larry long term (especially one with the ties to KM)...

Deandre Ayton facing 25 game suspension

Keep checking this thread for an update on DA, and only find a bunch of LD talk. Typical.

ARI @ CIN: Heroes and Goats

I thought Jonathan Bullard played really well yesterday. Not sure how many tackles he had but he made some plays. I was impressed with him.

    Just FYI

The point was Jordan Hicks is alot better ILB then the ones we've had the last few seasons.

Ronald McKinnon 2.0 trumps Kevin Minter 1.0 all day. Hate on haters.

    Just FYI

DWash was a great ILB. He obviously had some other issues.

    Just FYI

Uh, actually for an ILB it is a key stat. He's making tackles which is exactly what you want from an ILB. So pretty much your arguing for the sake of arguing. Nice.

    Just FYI

Jordan Hicks currently leads the league in tackles. I've been reading alot of negative posts about him, but get a clue if you're one of the people writing them. Him, Chandler, and Byron Murphy are really the only bright spots on our defense currently. Hicks has been more then solid.

Carson Palmer: No ‘major areas of concern’ for Cardinals’ Kyler Murray

Once we were down 15 the running game was for the most part abandon allowing the defense to pin their ears back and focus on getting to the quarterback. Obviously there were a few times when KM seemed to slip or stumble on his own. I would imagine nerves might contribute to this since his...

Why is Andy Isabella not being used?

Against Carolina this week he was returning all the kickoffs and was playing on the punt team. There where a couple occasions on punts where he would be the first one down but appear to want someone else to engage the returner or make the tackle. He obviously lacks confidence in the...

Carson Palmer: No ‘major areas of concern’ for Cardinals’ Kyler Murray

That's BS. He had zero time in the pocket Sunday and actually saved numerous sacks with his ability to move. What I saw was him take a couple of solid hits (mainly the one where he slid and someone hit him from behind on a short run) and constantly under ridiculously quick pressure. Towards the...

Why is Andy Isabella not being used?

I would imagine the release of Crabtree would open up some opportunity for him. On a side note he has been playing on special teams quite a bit although at this point he clearly wants nothing to do with contact of any kind. With that being said it's to early to rush to any judgements, which can...

Did the Cards sign DE Cassius Marsh??

I didn't think it should have been a penalty either. Thought he flashed on a few plays for us. Like the signing thus far.

Would you trade a 2nd for Minkah then trade PP21 for a 2nd another pick?

Budda has a big week this week and silences all the haters. Mark my words.

    On Murray running

My comments were in regards to you mentioning the other 3 QBs in comparison to Murray. I was mearly starting there is no comparison in fantasy, but more so in overall talent. BTW, good luck getting Murray as a "late round back up" in any of those 8 leagues you play in. I'm sure he'll be a...

    On Murray running

So imagine how much better KM will be. He is an elite passer and runner. Lamar Jackson is an elite runner and a terrible passer. Josh Allen has elite arm strength, highly questionable accuracy, and is an above average runner. Tyrod Taylor is/was an average passer and above average runner. I...

    On Murray running

Murray's chances of getting hit in the pocket (blindside pass rush or quick pressure up the middle) are much more likely then him getting hit in the open field. He knows how to use the side line and slide, plus he might even be the fastest player on the field most of the time even in the NFL...

    One Last Off-Season Murray Thread

Chip Kelly had a huge ego and if I remember correctly he was pretty much the gm as well. He traded Shady McCoy and for Kiko Alonso and released DeSean Jackson. He thought his system would work with sub par talent. I think they even let Jeremy Maclin walk. There is no comparison between the...

    One Last Off-Season Murray Thread

The difference between Murray and players like Andre Ware is talent. Murray has elite mobility and elite arm talent. While the system he was in was great for QB's he also has the talent that will translate to the next level. I feel confident this "gamble" SK and MB have played will pan out big...
