He is who I wanted and am disappointed so far. Wish he was more of a "prima dona" and called for the ball more.
I don't think he is a bust and am hopeful he will adjust to the nfl game. I don't think they are using him correctly and never do things to get him into the best situations. I also...
Don't know how to take a segment out of the game hightlights, but go back and watch the Connor TD run. PJJ takes his guy all the way to the right tackle then cements him on his back. Just can't get enough of it. Tough, hard nosed and never stops.
I was just thinking that anyone who can keep us in games with the talent, or lack there of, we have should get a raise. Our front gets no push. I say go get Crosby and get DRob in there and let the fun begin.
Just a normal football play. When Hutchinson got his sack against Paris he did a spin move then a chop. Announcers even called it out that it was a good move.
Dude's just crying.
I have no problem with players trying to get as much as they can. Their careers aren't as long as the ownerships. They should be able to cash in when they can. No problem with him not a signing a licensing deal if it is a bad deal for him. It will get done eventually.
I like Coleman and Powers-Johnson. Would love a trade up and snag both.
I understand we need a CB as well but I want an Oline that gets after it and Fitz/Boldin part 2.
I hope they get some kind of package together to move up into the middle of round 2. At 35 there are plenty of options. But if we get a 2nd 2 in a trade up, I just keep imagining a WR room with MHJ and Keon Coleman; a 2024 version of Fitz and Boldin.
I've read people on here saying to think of Calais Campbell. If that is his comp then this is a no brainer. Don't think anybody was ever disappointed with Calias except when we didn't pony up the $ to keep him.
I thought I read when the Cards traded for Desmond Ridder that they were looking at Wilson but the Jets wouldn't eat part of his salary and wanted a higher pick. I guess they found out there wasn't much of a market for him.
MHJ was the top WR going into the college season. He had a crap QB getting him the ball and had the highest rate of double teams this year. Odunze had 2 more top WR on his team with a QB that some say now might go late 1st to mid 2nd round. Nabors had a QB who is most likely going 2 overall...
4. MHJ (Best player in draft & biggest need)
27. Byron Murphy II (run on QB, OT and CB push him down)
35. Cooper Beebe (don't think he will last until the 3rd)
Stick and pick MHJ is what I want.
I would warm up to the Denver trade rumor (Surtain, 12 and 2025 1st - I personally would ask for their 3rd this year as well) if they have a trade back up and get Odunze already in the works.
Now if he could get trade back up with the Chargers and get MHJ...
Would like to see all the details as it sounds like the Chargers would go to 11 and get 27. We get 5 & 23. Think Minnesota would have to pay more. Maybe Jefferson is going to LA? If that is the case then I think the Cards should get a 2nd as well this year. MHJ @ 5 then BPA at 23, 2 2nds...
Just take MHJ and got on with figuring out to do with the rest of the draft. If MHJ is available at 4 it is the easiest pick to make in this years draft.
I believe Josh Allen to be better than any player we draft at 35 and 5th round pick if going off what the Giants gave up for Burns. Throw in Zaven Collins if need be, might get the 5th down to a 6th or 7th then.
I think the Cardinals should go to the draft with MHJ already written on the draft card.
If MHJ is gone then I get greedy and ask for the 6, 39 and 2025 1st. They need to pay for the right to get their QB.
They balk, I am taking Nabers and not looking back.
