    I think its the uncertainty that makes it tough for teams. If he just had one more year left on his deal (instead of a player option), I think more teams would be comfortable "renting" him for a year. The fact that he can become an UFA holds teams hostage.

    Dalembert is an excellent shot blocker and a good rebounder. Lopez is a good shot blocker and a mediocre, but improving rebounder.

    Because of the new CBA in 2011, Amare and a lot of guys will walk in hopes of getting a contract with term on it. The new CBA will most likely limit the money/length of contracts.

    A trade with Iggy/Dalembert coming to the Suns is very real. There's definitely smoke.

    Philly at this point will only unload Iggy if it means getting rid of Brand or Dalembert. They are in serious cost cutting mode. Supposedly Speights is untouchable because of his salary and potential production.

    Yeah there are some rumors floating on the realgm board with a supposed Philly insider. He has the Suns, 76ers and Cavs discussing a 3-way deal. Pieces keep changing, but the core of the deal would be Amare to CLE, Iggy to PHX and expirings to PHI. Obviously theres a lot more to it than that...

    Can't believe some are defending Banks. Guy has been terrible at every stop, can't shoot and can't finish at the rim. Dragic still has a lot to improve upon, but to say he's doing what Banks could/should/would have done is ridiculous.

    Yeah I don't like that deal either. There is nothing to build around. I like Hickson, but he's not a centerpiece and that 1st rounder won't be worth much. The expirings are nice but we can get a way better deal elsewhere that nets us either young talent and/or a nice draft pick.

    I think the rest of the deal would have to be pretty sweet (ie draft picks) for me to bite. I just don't want him to be the centerpiece of the deal because I question his ability to stay out of trouble. Would rather have Anthony Randolph (a different kind of headcase).

    S&T is the only way we are going to get good value for Amare. Look for CHI, HOU, OKC or CLE to be in the mix. Those teams would like to get a quality big man and may not want to take the chance that Bosh signs with them this offseason.

    Anquan at 80% does us more harm than good. I think he sits, as he should. Doucet and Breaston are more than capable of picking up the slack.
