Re: I gotta get in here with a few...:)
Absolutely machine. This stadium is going to be one of a kind. Dallas is already looking to copy what the Cardinals are doing. Unfortunately, we have to wait 3 years to play in it.
Re: Pasch is Cash!
Walter, it's too early to pick the 53, but your list looks pretty good. I am not sure about the kicker yet, and they will likely keep another running back. You also forgot Russell Davis at DT, and I'm not sure about Wragge.
Re: First off Dave...
I think the key to our season depends on the health of the O-line. There is more depth on the line than last season, which is a positive. So far, they look very good, but I haven't seen the five projected starters play together yet.
Dave
Hey. I think there is a chance we'll see Smith and Shipp in the backfield together at one time during the season. I like Anderson as a potential third down back, but it's going to be interesting to see how he does in the pre-season games. Anderson, Scobey and Prentice are probably battling for 2...
I haven't talked to anybody about him, but my guess is the Cardinals are set at DT. Wilkinson didn't have a very good year in 2002. There is always a reason other than money why guys get cut.
Dave
C-MACK,
Kasper has some trouble putting to practice what he learned the previous day, but he does have some talent. He could be the Cardinals kick returner.
Woods is a very good special teams player, but he is in a battle for a roster spot. The Cardinals will probably keep 7 LB's, and I...
Do you call what I do working for a living? Hey, we're all football fans.
TE Lorenzo Diamond from Auburn has a pretty good chance to make the team as an undrafted free agent.
Dave
There is a very strict NFL rule about franchising a player with the intention to trade him. The Cardinals didn't want Boston here--too many off the field issues, and no guarantee of on field performance. Still, they offered him a very lucrative deal, but no signing bonus. There were ethics...
I have to see Johnson, and I think we need to wait a couple of weeks before we determine who will make the team at WR. I think the two draft picks, McAddley, and Larry Foster are locks. I would expect Gilmore to make the team, which puts us at 5 receivers. They don't know yet whether they want...
Pariah,
Dennis Johnson still has a way to go. He's not a great pass rusher, and is probably better suited at LE right now. I see more upside in Kenny King, who the Cardinals picked in the 5th round this year.
Dave
Hey Denverbirdfan,
Based on what I've seen at practice, and also based on the uncertainty in our division, I definitely think 9 wins is achievable.
Dave
Hayes is about 235 lbs, while Darling is about 250. Darling is better suited on the inside, and Hayes on the outside--for now. Hayes could be moved inside down the road.
It's great that we got one guy in, but we have to work even harder to get Johnson in. He needs to be here, because he could a featured guy in this offense.
John
Should I come up with a new line? You guys don't seem to like that too much.

By the way, I'm using Pasch's computer because I don't know what I'm doing on these things!
Thanks for being a fan, Alan. Hopefully, good things will happen this year. Now that we have Pace in camp, hopefully Bryant Johnson will follow. Jerry Sullivan is the real deal--and that's EXACTLY what I'm talking about.
