    Snyder is great at throwing runners out. He might be good at calling a game, hell if I know. But a great defensive catcher he is not. He is horrible at blocking pitches, and really bad at just plain catching the ball. Watch a game, how many pitches just bounce off his glove that he misses...

    Organization is cheap. They've made poor financial decisions, which haven't helped, but they don't want to pay the money it would cost to can Melvin and then hire someone else.

    Freaking Melvin. Lopez is great leading off, move him to 3rd. Upton starts swinging the bat better away from the 8th spot, so move him back there. Then his best (and only) hitting catcher, Montero, only gets to play against guys like Lincecum and Carpenter. Way to set guys up to fail you putz.

    I doubt Quentin would have done what he is doing with the D-backs. He needed a change of scenery to become the player that he has. But, this team has made quite a few mistakes recently and it has me concerned.
