    Why not a buy out ? Swift, Hill, Barnes, Lou an Dudley are all FA next summer. With or without Amare, this team is not going to win a ring. Shaq can ask/accept a buyout, and sign with a contender (Lakers/Spurs/Cavs) for a last ring.
