Still doesn’t equate to a Super Bowl Dynasty with quite possibly the greatest player of all time, in his prime, slinging the rock. Also, they’re the Jets. The AFC equivalent of the Cardinals. If anything can go wrong, it will go wrong for them.- Cheesebeef

Dallas had them on the ropes, threatening to run them out of the gum up 17, but the Thunder had a nice little spurt to end the half to keep it a game. These teams are so much better than us. It’s crazy to think Dallas only won 1 more game than our team trainwreck.- Cheesebeef

Man… those first 8 weeks of the schedule felt like someone just pissed in my cheerios. That’s a brutal stretch to start the season. If we come out of it anywhere close to .500, the second half could set up for a wild card run, but seeing the schedule just took a little wind out of my excitement...- Cheesebeef

I agree Hakeem’s offense is being unrated but unbelievably, Jokic’s might be also. He’s not just incredible on offense for a center. Except Hakeem was also GREAT on offense. Whereas Jokic is merely… okay on defense? Hakeem could dominate on both ends of the floor. The other impressive thing about both is they consistently raised their games in the playoffs.- Cheesebeef

You keep mentioning rebounding but Jokic for his career has averaged 10.7 rebounds per game while Hakeem averaged 11.1 per. That’s really not that big of a difference. It’s so close. As incredible as Joker is on offense (and he is a true Unicorn), Hakeem’s defense and impact on the game on that end was arguably equal or close to Joker’s strength. And Hakeem was a great offensive weapon too.- Cheesebeef
