i just watched the 72 hours with kyler murray vid in another thread - everybody kept saying the same thing - "time to get this money" - they say it more than dancers do lol

if we want a real edge rush we're gonna have to pay for one - because hoping for a gem to drop in the draft is damn near arrogant

so what im hoping for is... monti didn't want to spend both - draft picks AND a lot of money getting his edge rusher

he wants his edge rusher in free agency after the season and he wants a playoff appearance to help make that happen - and he wants to keep all his draft picks

This is Why I’m saying Reddick Coming here. Get the veteran to compliment a Young group.

Draft is Fairly easy with Monti. He drafts Per need and scheme fit and is Very willing to move up and down, so only positions that I imagine being a target in the 1st and 2nd would be edge, DT and RT

I think it's fairly obvious why they fessed up. With the lawsuit for that disgruntled employee, all of their communications during that time period would be subject to discovery.

Better to admit it first than to caught.
