OK State gave up 41 to a Texas offense that isn't great.. maybe it was more to do with the quality of defenses we played early as opposed to our offensive prowess.

As soon as OSU made the adjustment to stop going deep every play, they systematically overwhelmed the defense. Run, run, screen, screen, run, run, back shoulder throw for touchdown. That's how most of their drives looked.

As I've stated many times, this team is a year or two from being a serious contender. Stoops left the cupboards empty for any coach to succeed. You could see in the lack of depth on the offensive line and a bunch of scrubs on defense.

I stand behind my 5 win prediction. Fortunately, we still have Utah, Colorado, and ASU on the schedule. Should get 2/3 of those.

We got nothing on the lines or on special teams. We're going to win or lose based on Matt Scott's arm and Kadeem Carey's legs but even Carey is going to be slowed up by most good defenses because we can't run the zone read as effectively with Scott banged up. The holes left by Stoops continue to get exposed one game at a time.
