This was the Raiders' final loss in 1983 as they eventually won the Super Bowl. The Cards won this game and the next and finished the season at 8-7-1(the tie was the infamous Neil O'Donoghue missing a 19 yard FG in overtime against the Giants). This game was also vintage Neil O'Donoghue as he misses 2 extra points but thankfully that didn't hurt the Cards. Should have cut him in the off season.

Great find, thank you. As evidenced by my avatar, man did I love me some Neil Lomax. What could have been, had he never been injured. He was a beast.

Oh, and what a pass rush we had this game. E.J. Junior was all over the field.

Keep 'em coming NJ, great video evidence that tackling was once not only allowed but encouraged!

Watching games like this is the cleanest evidence that today's rules are ridiculous. If you catch the ball, it's a catch. If you tackle a man, it's not a penalty. That was fun.
