Huge game Tuesay at Chicago. The Coyotes have the tie-breaker if they tie the Blackhawks with the best record.

How about that boys and girls-----on an early evening in Dallas, after playing an OT/Shootout win at home, then travelling last night, the 'Yotes make it 9 in a row. Somehow they come up with another Overtime/Shootout win with LaBarbera in goal. Vrbada gives them the goal to continue the shootout, and Acouin again scores the winner. I am so very proud of this team. They have won my soul. 1st place at last.

Never been the biggest hockey fan but the Yotes recent play has gotten me fired up and reading everythign I can on the team.

Credit goes to Maloney and Tippett.

Same. This is the first season I've watched the Yotes at all since Burke was on that shut out streak.

It was actually Boucher, not Burke, but it's great that this team is pulling in the fans. They need all the support they can get. It would be horrible if they had to leave Arizona after a year like this.

Both Ilya Bryzgalov and Jason LeBarbera are playing out of their minds this year.

Ok, I never watch hockey, and more than likely wont in the future, unles the Coyotes go to the Stanley Cup.. But my question is this.. Every one on the news is talking about the team.. But was Gretzky really that bad? He leaves and the team goes to 1st place.. Odd.. Or did we also get different players from last year? I know nothing.. All I know is Shane Doan is on the Coyotes, after that Im clueless..

I only cared about the Coyotes back in the day. Then the lockout came and I moved on. While I'll never again be a Coyotes fan before I'm a Cardinals fan, I still love watching them, especially when they play like this.

Rumor was that the Great One let his assistants run practices and never game planned. They were a decent team when Rick Tocchet was an assistant and hit rock bottom once he left.
