There are 2 playes yesterday that I though were very big plays in determining the outcome.
1. The play that led to Fred Jackson's 1 yard run was a blatant, and I mean blatant hold on Quentin Groves. Groves was tackled to the ground right in front of the ref and it was a big non-call because it looked like Groves was in postion to make the play. I don't mind if a call is missed but when it directly has a huge impact on the play, refs call it.
2. This play po's me even more and just killed a Cards momentum building/changing drive was when M'auli makes the nice play, gets up, and then spikes the ball. You could see how mad Whiz was. The Cards had a nice drive going and it would have been 2nd and 2. He gets the penalty, 2nd and 7, which is followed up by a false start, 2nd and 12...drive over. If the Cards go continue down the field and put points up, it is huge. Why would he get up and spike the ball? Pure ignorance.
