Andy Roddick on his 23rd birthday lost in the first round to some guy named Muller. All three sets went to a tie breaker. Andy lost 7-6,7-6,7-6. Happy Birthday Andy. Now will you fire your coach?

I don't know how many of you are watching the US Open but I just watched one of the best matches ever. Agassi was down 2 sets to none against James Blake and came back to win in five, 8-6 in the fifth set tie-breaker. The match ended just after 1:00AM eastern time. Unbelievable match. Instant classic.

USA DROPPED THE GAME DURING THE FIFTH SET AT 2-1!!!

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GO TO CBS, BUT IT NEVER CAME.

INSTEAD I GOT TO SEE THE FINAL POINT ON ESPNNEWS!!!

THEY BETTER REPLAY THIS GAME SOMETIME SOON.

I HAD BEEN WATCHING THE ENTIRE MATCH AND WAS ROOTING FOR AGGASI.

I WANTED TO SEE THAT MATCH!!!

STUPID TUCSON CBS & USA!!!!

Too bad Universal dropped it on us last night...didn't get to finish it.

They dropped it in the Phoenix area, wow. What did they show instead? I am glad Cox in Tucson did not switch.

I'm in Tucson and I was able to watch the entire match on USA. They did not leave.

For me at least. We have the Tucson UA cable connection (through COX I thought)


They dropped the match at 2-1 in the 5th set. USA said it was due to "contractual obligations" and that the game would be switched onto and shown on CBS.

We switched to CBS but it wasnt on.

We got the results and saw highlights on ESPN News.

BUT CBS DID eventually show the match. They replayed the 5th set at 11:37 MST.

Im sure it will be replayed many more times as well.
