I like Hairston a lot and think he can contribute. If he can continue to hit when the season begins, the D'Backs then won't have to rush Carlos.

Great news about Owings, I'm glad they are given the young fella a chance. The one knock I've heard on him is that he doesn't have great stamina- can anyone who followed AAA Tucson a bit closer confirm or deny this?
