This is a really good project that Tangotiger does every year, and I would like to encourage everyone to participate. It only takes about 10 minutes.
Be sure to read his instructions carefully prior to filling out the scouting report.
Please be objective. The point isn't to "pump up" d backs players ratings. It's not an all star ballot. This is a good site with a lot of good fans who WATCH the games, so your input is valuable.
