It would be difficult for Warner because of how Cardinals and Warner stumbled in the last few games

I went for Pennington. Not eye-popping stats, but meant a lot to the team. I would be cool with Manning, Peterson, or a lot of the other guys mentioned. No consensus winner this season--but Warner doesn't deserve it due to his tapering off. If he had kept up his pace, yes, but not the way it was.

yeah, Pennington should definitely be in the top 5. He was the leader of a ten game improvement, winning the best or 2nd best division in football and putting up pretty solid numbers - 67.4 % completion rate, 97 passer rating, 3600 yards, 19 TDs and only 8 total turnovers and the fact that he was really the only big addition to a team that went from 1-15 to 11-5 counts for a lot IMO.

Some might argue that The Tuna was "the BIG addition" to this team... ;)
