Back in the early 90’s, when I was living in San Diego, the Padres had a respectable run for a while, didn’t win a pennant, finally had a firesale and went into the next season with a roster devoid of talent and the slogan, “Hey... It’s baseball.”

I wish I were making that up, but I’m not.

come on chris,after a disappointing and heartbreaking season,you sometimes embrace to humor and we shouldnt get blame for that.i already stopped watching basketball,i dont want to read papers and see spurs' ugly faces and get pissed whole day.
