I don't care if he is lobber, as long as he can make the throws to his teammates.Speaking of the Rams game, that game was almost a loss due to the lob ball he threw into double coverage before that. Luckly the pass fell incomplete. Even the passes you mentioned looked like lobs, but luckly no one was around thw WR (IRC). He's a lobber and that gives the defense time to react and intercept the pass.
Me neither as long as those throws take too long to get there.I don't care if he is lobber, as long as he can make the throws to his teammates.
Matt Leinart has a cannon for an arm!Me neither as long as those throws take too long to get there.

http://www.49ers.com/pressbox/news_detail.php?PRKey=5312§ion=PR NewsOne in particular who Rice spent the most time with was second-year wideout Josh Morgan.
“I was surprised he said he watched me last year and he gave me my props,” Morgan said. “He said I did really good, I made a lot of big plays last year and that I was going to be a good player.”
Morgan said he talked to Rice in order to pick his brain a little bit and ask him a lot of questions about route running.
“He told me some tricks on how to read defenses and how you can disguise what you’re doing while they’re trying to disguise what they’re doing,” Morgan said. “The 49ers were my favorite team growing up and it was a blessing to be drafted here. Jerry Rice is the reason I play the position now, so it was an honor to meet him,” Morgan said.

I wish the 49ers would hire Jerry Rice as the receiver coach.
http://blog.pressdemocrat.com/49ers/2009/05/bly-im-hungry-right-now.htmlUPDATE: How hungry is Bly? According to a league source, he accepted a one-year, $845,000 contract. That's the minimum amount for a player with 10 years experience. Bly has made a lot of money, averaging $6.5 million a year in the past six seasons, so perhaps we can take him at his word that he was not motivated by money to sign this contract.
Maybe he just wanted to play for a team with a good chance of winning, but you'd think he could have signed for a bit more than that.
The past three years, three key players have gone down with season ending injury.
2 years ago it was Manny Lawson
Last year it was Shawntae Spencer
This year its Walt Harris.
Dang it!
