Is it too early to project :D ? I'm going to start the campaign for the Cards to draft Rolando McClain,LB, from Alabama. I started a year long quest for Beanie to be a Cardinal and it worked, so why not. McClain is the best player i saw in college football last year. Aaron Curry isn't close to the player McClain is.He'll only be junior but lets' hope declares and is still around at #32.

I'll throw some names out there...
QB Tim Tebow Florida(Yeah I know he most likely would be a bust lol)
TE Jermaine Gresham Oklahoma
OT Ciron Black LSU
OLB/DE George Selvie South Flordia (Might not be a first round pick because his production went down IIRC)
OLB/DE Brandon Grahman Michigan
NT Terrence Cody Alabama(Whoops put the wrong school) :p
ILB Brandon Spikes Florida
FS Taylor Mays USC (Sean Taylor Part 2)

Terrence "Boobs" Cody...This guy is huge. This guy is the quintessential 3-4 NT. I wouldn't mind having him at all.

I want Taylor Mays. Imagine him and Wilson together. No one, and I mean no one will go across the middle against us.

My favorite player in next years draft is Eric Berry S/Tenn, only a sophomore and already the SECs all time leader in interception return yards and only needs like 50 yds for the NCAA record. The guy is a flat out playmaker.

I doubt we'll get a chance at him though as he'll probably be a top 10 pick.

SI.com has their 2010 mock out already..they have us picking 26 and taking George Selvie, DE, South Florida--I know nothing about this guy.

Taylor Mays would be amazing! However, he'll most likely be drafted in the top 15, so chances of getting him are slim. A player we could get in the 2nd/3rd round is Dexter Davis from ASU. He's a great pass rusher and is good against the run, and he is the only player in the country with back to back 10 sack seasons.

Eric Berry is Ed Reed 2.0. He is a wonder to watch.

Amen! If we earn the 32nd pick I will support drafting PeeWee Herman if your mojo works again next year.

Agreed. The 32nd pick is the best pick in the draft, period. There are 31 other teams that would do just about anything to get the 32nd pick.

And I don't mean getting the pick via trade ;-)
