They must have touched the ball a good 20-25 times before the goal. Ill try and find the video of it. Very impressive build up and a solid finish (surprisingly not a chip shot by Vela) goal! :)

enjoying this early run of games - but looking forward to seeing the real competition kick in ...... little nervous about if Cech can hold up

What's up with Liverpool? I went to check out where Newcastle was sitting in the table, and I see that Liverpool is in the drop zone. What happened to them?

They seem to like to blame things on the Yanks

Liverpool looked a lot better than their record .... chelsea came out a little flat and when they put drogba in the lineup the offense started to spark

definitely wasn't a fluke loss though - although my stomach still turns at the sight of John Henry

manU definitely had the best weekend with all the surrounding activity .... hopefully chelsea rebounds by taking it out on fulham .... wolves shouldn't be much of a barrier to arsenal .... the city/united matchup should be pretty entertaining though

I may need to try to find a west brom match or two .... I'm a big fan of di Matteo

Birmingham and Blackpool will join West Ham in the Championship next season. I was hoping Wigan would go down.

Birmingham won the Carling Cup and still got relegated, so they will be in the Championship and the Europa League. :D

That's crazy about Birmingham. Has that ever happened before?

Well, we lost a 3-0 lead, so didn't finish top 10, but I'm fine with that. Our squad was minus I think more than half of our players. If you'd have told me we'd sell Carroll and still finish 12th in the table, I'd have taken it in a heartbeat. We'll probably lose Enrique (his agents are going back on good faith promises already), but we're supposedly signing a mystery star international midfielder sometime this week. It'll be an interesting offseason, that's for sure.

Chelsea axed Ancelotti. They won the double last year and finished 2nd this year and they fire him. Unbelievable.

Milwall a few years ago were in it from the Championship. Runners up in FA Cup when beaten by Man U. I know this as Milwall beat us in the semi's.....should have been us :p
