Rams are hurting on OL.

They need the reinforcements, after losing Rodger Saffold to the Raiders, Chris Williams to the Bills, and with Shelley Smith out making visits.

@ravensinsider reporting Seahawks cutting Chris Clemons. He would be a great option as a rush OLB to bring in.

from PFT

Al Woods - DL - Steelers
Updating a previous item, the Titans have not signed free agent NT Al Woods.

A previous report indicated they had, but the beat reporter has retracted. Woods is visiting Tennessee on Wednesday, and is scheduled to visit the Packers on Thursday. He has a third meeting lined up with Arizona for Friday.

The Bucs have released Darrelle Revis. Let the bidding begin. I still like New England to get this done

Dolphins are re-siging DT Randy Starks to a two-year, $12 million deal, as @MikeGarafolo reported.

Some hefty coin for a 32 year old whose been injured and only produced 6 sacks last year.

But he was also misused as a 4-3 DE where he got the hell beat out of him on every play & that takes its toll when you're not use to it. IMO he's got about 1/2 a tank of gas left in his engine. ;)

I hope so too. He has earned a shot.

I used to be really hard on him when he was here, but he really showed me major improvement this last year.

I thought McCown did a good enough job to win here. We certainly didn't suck as an offense when he was here.

Well yes we did. Not all his fault as Jake Plummer, Jeff Blake and Shaun King probably contributed more than Josh did. But 57.8 completion percentage, 72.1 QB rating, and more INTs than TDs isn't that good.

2002 29th in points scored. 2003 32nd in points scored. 2004 26th in points scored. 2005 Warner showed up.

Good guy though. I know Jstadvl really liked him.
