I think anyone who plays for Stanford is probably brighter then your average football player. Doesn't mean he reaches the standards of the rest of their students (or even comes close) but their standards ARE higher then pretty much any other football powerhouse.

not to mention, he went there when they weren't even a power-house yet. dude's probably got a couple marbles up there...that he obviously loses from time to time.
