Former Falcons DT Corey Peters expected to sign with the Cardinals once FA opens.

Corey Peters, a year-plus removed from Achilles injury, expected to get about $9m over 3 years from Arizona, with the chance to earn more.

For me this is the most head-scratching signing so far. Maybe its a 'thank you' for his efforts in the Cards playoff loss?
Our special teams blocking on punts and returns sucked ass, it's not surprising someone else would think they could make something of him.

That, or they liked the way he waved his hand in the air. Maybe it looked cool.

And now, a moment of silence for Julius Thomas's career.
I'll tell you what, if they add guys like Amari Cooper and Todd Gurley, which is very possible, in the draft, that offense is going to have a lot of talent at the skill positions. That's assuming Blake Bortles doesn't crap the bed.

Throw in the fact that Justin Blackmon may be back and they could send out a lineup Blackmon, Cooper, and Marquise Lee as the top 3 WR, Thomas at TE, and Gurley at RB. Bortles will have no excuses if that's the case.

The thing with Thomas is, I'm not sure how good he is really. It could easily be a case where Manning made him.

The Jacksonville offensive line is a dumpster fire. That's going to be the reason that Bortles fails.

I doubt they go Cooper with Allen Hurns and Robinson at WR too.

They probably go for another pass rusher or OL high.

Jacksonville is supposedly becoming a place players want to go to again, and while they haven't turned it around on the field yet, they look to be going the right direction.

Gore just signed with the Colts, Trent Cole signed with the Colts and it's sounding like Andre Johnson's going to sign with the Colts. There are still questions about their offense of line but that's a pretty sick team when added to what they already have.
